Richard JobsonRichard Jobson, President

Founder of Teraquant Corporation, Richard obtained a BSc EEE in 1982 followed by four years designing communication equipment and systems at Racal Communications. Since 1987, Richard has achieved outstanding sales success to all the major telecommunications and networking companies, specializing in network management and instrumentation for Hewlett-Packard and GN Nettest. He completed his MBA at Kingston upon Thames Business School, UK in 1993. In 1997, Richard moved to North America to take up Product Marketing Management responsibilities for Agilent Technologies’ Wireless and VoIP test products. In 2001 he founded Teraquant, a successful and quality orientated test and monitoring systems integrator. Richard chairs the working group on IMS Forum Plugfest 9


David BreakeyDavid Breakey, Technical Support

David joined Teraquant Corporation in 2006 to head up the technical support operation. He brings over fifteen years of background in technical support of networking technologies and testing products. In his role, David provides technical support for the wide variety of products offered by Teraquant Corporation. With a strong expertise in Linux and Microsoft development David is also responsible for Teraquant client-specific application design and development. Prior to coming on board at Teraquant, David has been involved in the technical support operations of Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.

Stephen ThielerStephen Thieler, Customer Support

Steve joined Teraquant Corporation in 2010 to provide a focus for the customer support operation. With over 30 years experience at AT&T/Lucent Bell Laboratories, he has a broad background in telecommunications, software development, technical sales support and network architecture. While at Bell Labs, Steve received 33 patents and worked extensively with US and International carriers, equipment providers and end users of wired, optical, cellular, WiFi/WiMax systems. In his role at Teraquant, Steve provides a focus for finding solutions to our customers specialized testing needs. Prior to coming to Teraquant, Steve was a principle in startups in the Network Management, WiMax, GPS based Fleet Management and custom software areas.


Rick ProutyRick Prouty, Account Executive

Rick is a proven sales professional with over 25 years of successful experience in sales, marketing and business development. Specializing in the introduction of emerging technologies Rick brings extensive experience in the sales of complex hardware and software solutions for both the wireless and wireline telecommunications marketplace. Prior to Teraquant Rick was an Account Manager in the Qwest Communications Business Markets Group, responsible for Business Development at Fidelity Comtech, a wireless networking products company and a Regional Sales Director for Pulsecom, a manufacturer of access technology products. Rick holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
